Hi, I’m Rebecca. As a licensed clinical social worker, I’m passionate about empowering people to navigate life’s ups and downs with mindfulness and resilience, helping them overcome challenges related to anxiety, stress, relationships, and more. My journey in the mental health field has taken me through various settings, from schools and community programs to private practice, where I’ve had the privilege of supporting countless individuals in finding balance and peace in their lives.
With a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor’s from the University of Illinois, I’ve built a solid foundation in understanding the human experience. But what truly sets my practice apart is my commitment to a holistic and personalized approach. I draw from a diverse range of therapeutic modalities, including Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and yoga.
